What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship within Canada, the United States and the U.K.  We will be adding additional Countries within the next couple of months.  Be sure to sign up to our email list to keep up to date on shipping so you don’t miss out!

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, E-transfer , PayPal, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Googlepay, Shop pay, 

 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes we do.  We offer free local delivery within the Ottawa Valley and Ottawa-Gatineau region for all orders $50.00 or more.  Delivery Schedule:

Tuesday:  Ottawa Valley

Thursday:  Ottawa-Gatineau

 

What day(s) of the week are the local delivery’s completed

Local delivery is Tuesday for the Ottawa Valley and Thursday for Ottawa-Gatineau region.

Canadian Currency. CAD 

 

Can I order from overseas?

 We currently ship within Canada,  the U.S. and the U.K.   New Countries will be added within a couple of months.  Be sure to sign up to our email list so you can be notified the second we add new shipping locations.

 

Can I send to an address that is not my own?

Absolutely!  We ship products as gifts often.  Just ensure to include the shipping address in your purchase.

 

Can I ship to P.O. boxes and rural areas in Canada and the US?

Yes

  

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees are all calculated when you make your purchase order.  We offer free ground shipping on all orders $75.00 or more in Canada and free ground shipping on all order $99.00 or more in the U.S.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed prior to 2:30pm EST will be shipped that day.  Otherwise they will ship the following day.  Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday.

 

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

If you’ve chosen trackable shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can input to get a tracking update.  

 

I didn't receive an email confirming my order was shipped?
