My journey with food began early on my grandparents generational family farm. The farm was a mixed farm structure and provided almost everything they needed. They rarely had to venture to town to purchase anything from a store.
Large gardens and lush pastures. Nothing wasted!
Grass fed beef long before it was popular. Organic was the only method before it became trendy. There was a natural ebb and flow with less human intervention.
Years have passed and things have changed but the goal of creating and producing high quality food still remains.
A focus on heart healthy, real food and real food snacks is who we are. Foods our ancestors would eat! Using methods that are earth friendly and sustainable is how we do it.
Wild caught and sustainable fishing methods are what we employ for all of our fish and seafood products.
